2015 Shirts are ready for pick up

We wanted to remind everyone of the 2015 Team Freedom events for the weekend and also tell everyone that you can pick up your Team Freedom Shirt from
Noon to 5pm today, Friday, 22 May 2015 at

There will be a list with your name and shirt choice so please take the shirt that is on the list only (no trading of your shirt please).

We hope to see as many as possible at the dinner (very casual and come and go as you please).

There will be two disabled veterans coming to our dinner tonight to discuss what the DVA is and what it does for veterans.  It would be great to show our team support by coming to the diner and saying hello to them.

The weekend events are:

Friday 22 May 2015
7pm – Pasta dinner  – Wall Methodist Church at  2414 Old Mill Road
Spring Lake Heights, NJ 07762.  Runners and their families welcome, including kids.   This is the time to pick up your shirt, have some pasta and mingle with the other Team Freedom members.  It is casual but please do not arrive before 7pm.

Saturday 23 May 2015
0715 – Meet and stretch at St. Catharine’s Grammar School at the corner of 2nd Ave and Salem Ave.  The last few years, the school has been open and has restrooms and bagels and water for Team Freedom runners.
0800 – Walk to the starting line
0830 – Race begins  – run/walk with pride – run close to St. Margaret’s Church for Team Freedom support and photos
1000 – Team photo at South End Pavilion
1030 – Celebratory drink at the Parker House in Sea Girt.
