If you have signed up for Team Freedom to run in the Spring Lake 5 Mile Run, please try to stop by the Wall Methodist Church on Old Mill Road in Spring Lake Heights Friday night, to pick up your shirt so you can proudly wear it during the race to help promote our mission to remember our veterans who served in our armed forces to protect us and our neighbors.
